What is ASC Carnival?
ASC Carnival, formerly known as “Fall Festival,” is our annual fundraiser to raise money to help pay for summer camps and after-school programs for children of low income families. This is our 3rd year and we’ve built a “Bigger Tent” to get more of our community involved in having family fun- for a great cause!
What can I expect at the ASC Carnival?
Carnival Attractions and Bigger Tent
Carnival features common carnival attractions like hay rides, face painting, cakewalk, virtual reality and other fun games.
We have built a ‘Bigger Tent‘ to get more Austin companies and professionals involved in the work we do to help low income children across Central Texas. We are asking local companies to sign up a team of employee volunteers to create & staff carnival attractions. Carnival attendees will be asked to vote on their favorite attractions and team winners will be announced at the VIP Reception.
The ‘Bigger Tent’ will feature a new interactive area complete with virtual reality, augmented reality, and educational games and apps, as well as a ton of additional games brought by your favorite Austin companies that the kids are sure to enjoy! What would a carnival be without snow cones, popcorn, drinks and yummy food? ASC’s Carnival will feed the masses with hamburgers provided by Cattlemans Care, and delicious eats & treats from amazing local food trucks who have offered to donate a percentage of their proceeds of every sale.
